Prepaid Only, no COD's. Allow
5 days for bank transfers. All orders are accepted upon
written confirmation. The official order date is established
upon the receipt of deposit payment (in most cases 50%
of total value) being received. Some custom displays
may require full payment upon order.
Orders are shipped following full payment.
VISA, MASTERCARD,BANK CARD AMERICAN EXPRESS and checks
accepted for your convenience. Checks need to be made
payable to: AusSport Scoreboards. Internet payments
are also accepted. Account details will be provided
within your purchase invoice.
All pricing
is for equipment only, installation is priced separately.
Prices and specifications subject to change without
notice. Prices do not include state, local or other
taxes.
If tax exempt,please include entire
tax exempt certificate form with your order.
A restocking charge of 30% may be assessed on any returns
of standard in-stock items.
Custom scoreboards,
electronic displays and accessories cannot be returned.

please specify quantity, model number, description,
popular options desired, price and scoreboard color,
if applicable.

SHIPMENTS
We will ship FedEx, DHL, air freight
or motor freight (Yellow, Roadway,etc.) depending on
the scoreboard size, weight and destination. Freight
charges will be prepaid and added to invoice for institutional
customers. Larger permanent scoreboard orders need to
be shipped to a location suitable for a tractor trailer.
Inside or residential delivery of freight will require
additional charges.
The standard delivery period is 4-6 weeks for scoreboard
or electronic display delivery after ordering. This delivery period can be extended or reduced based on the current level of units being manufactured at any given time. An
order is only deemed received upon payment of deposit.
Please ensure that enough lead time is allowed for
your unit to be fabricated and delivered as AusSport
Scoreboards is not liable for losses or damaged incurred
by non receipt of an order by a specific date.
DAMAGES/CLAIMS
Be sure to inspect your
merchandise. All shipments must be inspected at time
of delivery for shortages and damages. Notations of
any shortage or damage to the merchandise or packing
must be made on the delivery receipt before signing.
Concealed damage not visible at time of delivery must
be reported to carrier within 5 days after delivery.
All claims for damage or shortage must be filed within
30 days directly with carrier that made the delivery.
INSTALLATION
Professional installation
on our permanent scoreboards is available. Please contact
our factory to get an estimate for your scoreboard project.
Remember: always install your outdoor permanent LED
or light bulb scoreboard in a non direct sun facing
position for proper daytime visibility.
